CARD HOLDERS TERMS & CONDITIONS


 

1. Payment & Card Usage

  1. All card payments must be made via authorized channels approved by NOOR AL HAYAT TOURISM COMPANY.
  2. Customers are responsible for accurate card details; the Company is not liable for errors.
  3. Payment confirmation is required before services are provided.

2. Authorization & Security

  1. The cardholder must ensure sufficient funds are available.
  2. All card details are handled securely in accordance with payment gateway policies.
  3. Unauthorized card use or disputes must be reported immediately to the Company.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks

  1. Refunds are only issued through the original card used for payment.
  2. Partial or full refunds follow the Company’s Refund Policy.
  3. Customers must contact the Company before initiating chargebacks.
  4. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
    • Suspension of services
    • Legal action where applicable

4. Non-Transferability

  1. Card transactions are for the registered cardholder only.
  2. Transactions, bookings, or services cannot be transferred to another individual.

5. Liability & Responsibility

  1. The Company is an intermediary between the customer and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities).
  2. The Company is not liable for:
    • Third-party delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
    • Visa approvals or rejections
    • Travel disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Force Majeure

  1. The Company is not responsible for failures caused by:
    • Government restrictions
    • Travel bans
    • Natural disasters or pandemics

7. Amendments

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify cardholder terms at any time.
  2. Updates are effective immediately upon website publication.
