Masafi is a rural village that is situated near the Hajjar Mountains of Fujairah. The name Masafi in Arabic means pure water. There is also a famous mineral water brand in that name. The place is popular for its pristine water resources. We will take you to the fishing harbor here called Dibba. From here you may perceive a superb scenery of the Indian Ocean. Two parts constitute this city, the major part goes with the emirate of Fujairah and the smaller regions belong with the emirate of Ras al Khaimah. This coastal direction will take you to Fujairah city where you will visit Bidya Mosque, the oldest existing mosque in UAE and Fujairah fort; the largest and most significant fort of Emirates.

Fujairah is a city located on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates. It is also near the Hajar Mountains. This city is secluded from other emirates due to the enormous mountains and it has given it a peculiar landscape brimming with white sandy beaches and delightful weather. Foreigners come here to achieve their perfect tan by sunbathing at the beaches. A famous place of worship for Islam devotees here is Al- Bidyah mosque located north to the city. This is the oldest mosque that exists in the middle east. It holds historical significance as it is about 500 years old. It is maintained in its rustic look that is added to by the walls made by mud bricks. The next stop would be Fujairah Fort. Also known as Fujairah Castle stands as a periodical landmark in the middle of the vast dry desert and mounts. Built-in the 16th century, Fujairah Fort is one of the biggest castles in the entire UAE. The Fort has been erected on a region which later was made into a heritage village.
Visit Fujairah Museum
Fujairah is a town that has great historical importance when compared to other mainstream cities in the Middle East. It is exemplified by the presence of a number of buildings and remnants that can be dated back to 16th century. The archaeological department has found relics and artifacts from many spots of the city like Qidfa and Bithnah. The Fujairah Museum is located on the southern side of the fort. This museum has a wide stack of relics collected from that part of the country some of which can be dated back to the bronze age. There are antique pieces, ceramic pots and crockery, vessels etc. After visiting these places, we will then stop at a restaurant for lunch (if only it is included).
